Diversifying the Educators with Riju Banerjee

Riju Banerjee currently works at The YP Foundation. She is an educator who strongly believes in inclusive education and is an advocate of children's voices and agency. She is also the co-founder of Education for Equality, an independent project that focuses on creating culturally sensitive pedagogy and facilitating training sessions for teachers to empower them with the right tools and techniques to use in their classrooms.
